JBL loudspeakers

Recently, I went pass a pre-owned audio shop. I was curious enough to walk into the shop once I saw a pair of rather huge loudspeakers. Trust me, the actual loudspeakers look much bigger than the picture. It was JBL 4343 loudspeakers. I must admit that the brand used to be yesterday high end but can it be comparable to this new century. I simply ask the guy for an audition. He was using an 8 watts tube amplifier and an old marantz cd player. To my surprise it sounds Great!

The 15inch woofer was well control and clean. Giving it a clean punch whenever a thunder drum was needed!

The 10inch mid bass, high frequency compression driver and tweeter was realistic and coherent! "How can it be?" I said to myself.

It's really a pair of amazing loudspeakers.
